Vegan Lentil Curry



A filling and tasty lentil curry that is vegan, cheap, and great for making ahead of time. It's full of fiber, protein, and spices that make you feel good.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried green lentils
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 can 400g diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

Run cold water over the lentils to clean them

Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat

Put in the ginger, garlic, and onion

Saut until the meat is soft

The turmeric, cumin, paprika, and curry powder should all be mixed in

Keep cooking for one more minute

Put in the lentils, coconut milk, and diced tomatoes

Add pepper and salt

Bring to a low boil, then turn down the heat

Put the lid on and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the lentils are soft

Add fresh cilantro on top and serve over rice or with naan bread

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

Add the coconut flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients

Mix until well combined

Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using, ensuring even distribution

Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, then flatten and shape them using the back of a spoon

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden around the edges

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely

Bear Paw Brownies



These Bear Paw Brownies are a fun and delicious treat for kids and adults alike. With rich chocolate flavor and cute bear paw decorations, they're perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
  • Chocolate chips for bear claws decoration

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it

Melt the butter over low heat in a large saucepan

Put the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in and mix them in

Take it off the heat

Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl

Slowly add this dry mixture to the butter mixture while stirring all the time

You can add chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if you want

Spread the batter out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared

With a spoon, make four to five small mounds of batter in a row, leaving enough space between them to look like bear paw prints

To make the claws, press more chocolate chips into each mound

Put it in an oven that has already been heated for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into squares

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

In another bowl, beat the egg and then add buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract

Mix well

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined

Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay

Gently fold in the chopped cherries and mini chocolate chips into the batter

Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour the pancake batter onto the griddle for each pancake

Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes

Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden brown color

Remove the pancakes from the griddle and keep them warm

Repeat with the remaining batter

Serve the Chocolate Cherry Pancakes hot, with additional cherries and chocolate chips as toppings, if desired

Pomegranate Ginger Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz ginger syrup
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Club soda, to top

Instructions:

Put ice in a shaker

Gin, vodka, lime juice, and pomegranate juice should all be put into the shaker

Make sure to shake it well until it's cold

Pour through a strainer into an ice-filled glass

Add club soda on top

Add a lime wheel or pomegranate arils as a garnish

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup
  • Steamed milk

Make a shot of coffee

Put some caramel syrup in the bottom of a cup

Put the espresso shot on top of the caramel syrup

Boil the milk to the level you want, then pour it into the cup, leaving some space at the top

Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

Put the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl and mix them all together until they are well mixed

Put the loaf-shaped mixture in the slow cooker

Put brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and mix them together
